- Non-Delivery:If your order is not delivered due to issues beyond your control, such as driver cancellation or location errors, you can request a full refund.
- Late Delivery If the order arrives significantly late and the delay compromises the quality of the food, you may request a partial or full refund.
Table Reservations and Dine-In Offers
- If your reservation or booking is not honored by the restaurant, you may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangements.
Restaurant Deals and Offers
- Refunds for prepaid offers or deals are available if the restaurant fails to fulfill the promised service.

Food Delivery Orders
- If you cancel your order before the restaurant accepts it, you will receive a full refund.
- If the restaurant has already started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.
Table Reservations:
- Table reservations can be canceled free of charge uli to a specific time before your scheduled reservation. Please check the cancellation policy for each restaurant on our platform.
Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations
- If the restaurant cancels your order or is unable to fulfill it, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios

- Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for orders that are correctly fulfilled but no longer wanted by the user
